Standards & IE 7
The IEBlog has a big post on what standards they are working on supporting in Internet Explorer 7. A quick glance at the list looks like they are finally fixing the many CSS bugs Internet Explorer 6.x has and more.
Of course, NONE of this would have happened if Firefox never showed up. Thank you for browser competition.
